Europe-All is one of the largest Turkey based manufacturers of stillages and has extensive experience in the design, manufacture and supply of Automotive Stillages to Tier Suppliers or direct to Automotive Companies as part of line side equipment.
Specialising in large production runs and complex projects, we have designed and manufactured many different types of automotive stillages and deploy a number of standard and innovative dunnage systems to ensure safe transportation of components and to minimise defects.
Our in-house Design team and Engineers also ensure our Automotive Stillages are finished to a high standard taking into account the safety of the operatives, speed of operation, weatherproofing and also transport efficiency.
We design bespoke products from CAD using STEP or your chosen interchange format and we go to great lengths to maximise “pack factor” and minimise sources of potential defects. We also are able to reproduce a stillage from a sample or drawing and our expertise in manufacture allows us to provide competitive and reliable services.

POST PALLET STILLAGE

Post Pallets are a simple and versatile upgrade from standard Euro-pallets, also known as EUR-pallets or EPAL-pallets. Especially in times of import restrictions we can step in and supply large quantities of Post Pallets easily and efficiently.
As all Europe-All products are designed and manufactured to meet our customer’s exact requirements and we can offer Post Pallets with either bar, mesh or solid floors and specify them to accommodate almost any usage and safe working load (SWL).
Stacking feet or nipples means that our customers can maximise vertical space in their warehouses without compromising on safety and we also offer optional extras such as ticket holders and stenciling which helps our customers organise their workflow and offers compatibility with existing Kanban systems.

Europe-All have manufactured thousands of Pipe & Construction Material Stillages which are a great solution for customers looking to improve supply chain.
Construction materials such as pipes, profiles and conduit are known to be awkward to transport and supply as they need to be supported along the whole length. Piping Stillages can be used as part of a warehousing solution or supplier network and can be supplied with demountable or folding legs. For customers transferring products with sensitive finishes, dunnage options are available with felt, rubber or PU strips.

As a specialist volume manufacturer, Europe-All has supplied thousands of Curtain Wall Stillages to Construction companies who use them to transport window modules and curtain wall components.
Due to the large surface area of these panels, quality and wind loading can be of concern, especially when lifted to high heights. Typically, Curtain Wall Stillages are designed so that the panels lay flat to minimise wind loading, though Europe-All also has experience of designing upright stillages that can be used on sites with difficult access.
The tough demands of site conditions often require these Stillages to be galvanized and as they are typically very large we offer Customers our expertise in designing transport friendly Stillages which use features such as demountable legs to maximise load capacity.

We are manufacturers of bespoke Cages to exact customer requirements and have designed, manufactured and supplied all conceivable types of Stillage Cages during our 5 years of operation.
Cages are available with a variety of mesh sides and in different gauges and pitches, with solid or exmesh floors, fork loops or full fork guides, folding or demountable sides and with the option of drop front gates.
In addition to supplying rigid Cages, we also have experience of designing and supplying one-person operation four way folding Parcel Cages which help our customers maximise transport efficiency and reduce warehousing requirements.

We have extensive experience designing and supplying Stillages for mattresses, bed parts & accessories and as with all our Stillages offer a complete service from design through to delivery. We understand the specific needs of the industry and can advise on bed stillage design to minimise defects in your products by ensuring that fabric surfaces are protected and mattresses are properly supported.
Mattress stillages and stillages for technical and soft fabrics can be designed from scratch to meet the demands of a new storage space or product or can be designed (and improved) to be compatible with your existing fleet. Folding and demountable options are also available.

Europe-All manufacture high quality Open Builders Skips which are made in our TR factory and are built to industrial standards.
For heavy duty-applications such as Scrap Metal and Demolition Waste we offer a heavier duty Open Builders Skip which comes with the same features as our standard builders Skip but is built with a thicker plate and stronger channel.
We also provide a variety of options to match existing specifications or further strengthen the Skips, such as fitted floor angles, 6mm floors, as well as an option to fit lifting eyes which will be load tested for safety.

For durability and longevity as a standard, all of our A-frame stillages are fitted with Mesh Faced Birch Core Ply bases, the same hard wearing timber which is used on wagon beds.
As one of the largest A-frame suppliers in the industry, to ensure quality, consistency and service Europe-All designs and manufactures all A-frames within our own TR based factory.
L-Frame Stillages

Whilst most companies use A-Frames for handling panel type products such as glass and modules, some customers have site-specific rules that require the use of L-frame’s.
L-Frames have a shelf on one side which allows the frames to be stored flat against a wall or in a warehouse racking system.
We specialise in large production runs, maximising efficiency so we can meet tight deadlines and maintain a consistent quality which ensures that our customers always receive well engineered and sturdy L-frame’s that meet safety requirements.
